Due to their personalised nature, custom products are unable to be returned unless there is a clear fault or error in the product. Non-custom lifestyle essential products fall under our 14 day free return policy.

Our custom products are created and sent from our warehouses in China.

Q: How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on orders over $1. Delivery depends on your location but we ask to allow 20-40 days.
